another rainy week, and the temperatures are falling just slightly. all-natural boneless skinless chicken was on sale, and i have a hankering for some messy Italian food. and that about sums up my menu planning for this week!
monday: slow-cooker spinach lasagna, modified recipe from A Year of Slow Cooking
tuesday: chicken pot pie, recipe here, and this time i promise not to serve raw chicken
wednesday: topsy turvey taco bake, from Real Mom Kitchen, is so yummy and easy
thursday: family night, dining out
friday: chicken parmesan, requested specifically by DaddyHall and BigGirl, it IS as good as my favorite Italian restaurant, just as the magazine claimed!
