health + fitness



thank you for your interest in my health & fitness info! i hope i can help, inspire, and motivate you in this area. 

i have been a Beachbody Coach for almost 10 years because i'm nothing if not loyal :) also, i truly believe in the effectiveness of fitness programs and nutrition guidelines. my personal results while being consistent in my workouts and healthy eating are enough proof that Beachbody programs work! 

I WORKOUT:
i do a Beachbody workout 4-5 times per week consistently. in the comfort of my bedroom, i turn on my workout of the day on the Beachbody On Demand app on my iPhone. all i ever need is dumbbell hand weights in a variety of sizes, a yoga mat, a resistant band or resistance loops, and 30-60 minutes of uninterrupted time to workout. no gym membership, no bulky equipment, no converted room, not much square footage. no excuses ;)    

I EAT HEALTHY: 
Shakeology is my jam! i drink it every day! it's so good to know that i am getting the best quality of nutrients i need all in 1 yummy protein shake. i also strive to plan my meals a week in advance, incorporating many Beachbody recipes, and following the 21DF container plan (ask me!). about twice a year, i do the 3-Day Refresh to detox and reset my body. i love that Beachbody offers nutritional guidance with focus on whole foods to fuel my body. no chem-laden supplements, wraps, patches, or magic drinks. i also love that there's no deprivation - just focused, balanced, healthy nutrition! 

I FEEL GOOD:
and really that is the bottom line for me: i feel good. i have energy. i sleep a solid 8 hours every night. i am healthy. i am rarely sick and recover from illnesses fairly quickly. i am active and have plenty of energy. i feel good in my clothes. even in a bathing suit ;) i enjoy food. and i look forward to what every new day holds! i share my daily health and fitness progress on instagram (@mamahall) and on the blog.
