this little guy stole my heart 5 years ago during a rainstorm late at night, and i love him more and more with each passing day. i love his laugh, his sense of humor, his big eyes and bigger smile, his determination, his self-confidence, his pure faith, his fuzzy shaved head, the way he puts his arm around his sister, the way he mimics Daddy, his wild imagination, his silly side, the way he holds the door open for me, his singing and dancing, his stick-figure drawings, those dimples, his hands, and his big, warm, heartfelt hugs.
we're celebrating Bubba's fifth birthday today with LEGOs, Ninja Turtles, a new bike, chocolate cupcakes, family, and friends. i'm celebrating being his mama, and thanking God for blessing our family with this sweet little boy.
