Tuesday: BBQ Coke Chicken Crock with green beans
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner! Pancakes, bacon and eggs
Thursday: Tilapia with rice pilaf
Friday: Honey Mustard Foil Pack Chicken with baked sweet potato

sugar & spice muffins
about once or twice a year i get on a baking kick, where i want to try new recipes, new ingredients, and spend hours in the kitchen baking up a storm. usually it's in the Fall or just before Spring when i get the itch to bust out the mixer and rolling pin.well, this year, Baking Season started early. in the past few weeks i've baked enough goodies to open a sweets shop. except we ate everything that came out of the oven :)

here are some of my most recent recipes for baked goods:
Homemade Sugar & Spice Muffins
Homemade Graham Crackers
Homemade Cheese Crackers
