this week's dinners // 80 Day Obsession approved


there is a saying i've heard that fitness is 20% what happens in the gym and 80% what happens in the kitchen, or something like that. i'm not sure if it's 100% accurate, but i do believe there is some truth to it that exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. well, this week i am starting a new fitness program called 80 Day Obsession and with that comes a new nutrition plan! i considered sticking with Whole30 during 80DO, because i love love love Whole30, but after looking more into the workout program, i realized i'll need to adjust my nutrition so i can stay strong and healthy. the biggest difference will be that i'm adding into my diet very specific portions of healthy carbs and healthy fats.

with all of that into consideration, here are the dinner plans i've made for this week:

1. cherry pork roast in the crockpot
2. chicken fajitas in the crockpot
3. lentil pasta (modern table was on sale for 49c at target! yeah!) with organic garden vegetable ragu
4. eggwhite omelet
