responses and freebies

update! here are the responses from dove & evenflo, both of which i am very please with. their e-replies were sent promptly and i have already received the coupon and replacement cups. [sidenote: the new cups are different than the original leaky ones. these new cups have a rubbery valve and a plastic rim around the lid. i'm happy to report the new cup passed the test run last night. no leaks yay!]
